PARKING: There is a surface lot in back of the building.  From Marquette Ave (going East or towards the River) turn right on 2nd Street (2nd Street is one block east of Washington Ave).   The "Visitor Parking" lot will be on your right.  The entry to the lot is at the end of the block before you turn onto 2nd Ave.   Take a ticket, park and walk up the steps to the back of the building.  Take the elevator to the 4th floor and look for signs.
